Partnered stretching provides support and synchronized breathing for a deeper andfuller awareness of each stretch. Learn to assist and partner new versions of the meridian stretches (Yin Yoga stretches), to do with your loved ones, clients, and co-workers. Meditate on the virtues of the Five Phases and learn the affirmations to bringthem alive inside of you.
