So many success coaches advocate goal setting, yet for many of us, it’s terribly triggering. Maybe we set them, and then when we struggle to achieve them, it’s just an invitation for our inner critic to get really loud and mean.
Wouldn’t it be nice if this process felt positive, and moving towards that goal felt like inspired action?
In this workshop, we will be using the clinically proven stress release technique EFT tapping to clear the path from where you are now to where you want to be.
Tapping leverages acupressure and psychology for powerful results, and numerous clinical research trials attest to its efficacy.
This class is taught via Zoom.

How To Register:
- Registration for Zoom classes must be received 48 hours prior to the start of class. Registration will close after this time.
- Registration for in-person classes that start on Saturday, Sunday or Monday must be received by 4pm Friday. Registration will close after that time.
