Develop kinesthetic awreness, strengh, and flexibility

Effective floor work requires kinesthetic awareness, strength, and flexibility. Since most of us grew up using chairs and raised beds, we need to learn and practice how to be comfortable moving around on the floor. In this workshop, we will focus on how to use our bodies and gravity to ease our way around out clients, control our depth of contact, and avoid over-stressing our joints. There will be some time set aside for body/mind awareness meditation as well as exercises for strength, flexibility, and co-ordination.
